My name is Lucy and I am looking for a great family. I have had a few bad things thrown my way in my life. First my Mom was left homeless and she had to give me up for my safety. Next I was diagnosed with Diabetes so I have to get insulin twice a day in order to live my life. The diabetes has started to rob me of my eyesight so I need someone who can really look after me. I am very smart and I can adapt to new situations. I get my insulin every day when I get my food and I don't have a problem with shots at all. Hey I am a Ridgeback and all I really notice is the food in front of me. I am told every day how sweet I am and I would really love a kind and safe home with people that really love me. I am crate trained and rarely have any accidents. I can manage stairs and I go inside and outside easily for potty breaks. If you can and are willing to take care of a special needs little girl I may be the one you could love forever!
